First rule of managing a poor team.

 

Take some pressure off the players and give them basic tasks, metrics, little targets and the pressure of the result itself off their shoulders.

Agree. I've been racking my brain all morning thinking of how we can field a good line up with the players we have available. It's really difficult! I think I'd probably go for this:
