Team wins yes. The pitcher W-L stat isn’t worth the paper it’s written on! Skubal gets a loss yesterday after a 1-0 defeat

Do pitchers not win 20 games anymore? 

 

I am a bit out of touch with just getting back into the game.

 

I saw Skenes went 10-10 and won the NL Cy Young last season. That is wild! 

 

And yes, team wins are the most important. I know starters are more limited in the innings pitched these days.

Abysmal weren’t it? And we lost Kirk to a fractured and dislocated thumb. The only positive is that Brendon Little has been sent down!

Barger hurt too trying to beat out a throw to first. Not that he's done much this season.

Definitely a struggle right now after such a good start.

 

Hopefully we can finish this series with the Dodgers on a positive note. Ohtani on the mound.

Now George Springer injured for the Blue Jays, fractured big toe. I think this season is already turning into a write off!
