3 groups of games for me that we should be able to get: 4 / 9 / 4 points from…. 17 plus our 34 should see us safe. I feel more optimistic than previously having seen these fixtures

Any analysis has to take our 10 game form into account. On Sheffield Wednesday is worse than us and our only win was against West Brom. And that was fortunate.

So Oxford to finish 21st, Leicester 22nd, West Brom 23rd. 

 

this could mean 'only' 43 points needed for safety. But ultimately it's still only 3 points separating all 3 sides...and the chances of 3 teams maintaining current form over 10 more games seems unlikely. 

 

We are bang in trouble. Our only saving grace at the minute is that West Brom are in just as much trouble, as are Oxford. And Blackburn could yet be involved.

So it could come down to us away to Blackbburn on the last day. Interesting.
