Rules on posting in transfer forum

Just posted some information i was given regarding a potential new player.

Can anyone share the rules to what can get posted in that part of the forum please? As i have seen 100's posts where people have passed info and they have not been removed.

So to start, it wasn't me. Just been having me dinner. A nice quiche with some spinach and new potatoes coated in butter and chilli flakes. Very summery. You didn't ask but I felt like sharing. 

 

As for the rules? I'll be honest, we've had so little genuine transfer activity since I tried to implement the tier system that it's almost become redundant. We're ****ing skint and can't afford anyone so there's so few rumours it's almost not worth moderating it which is typical

 

As such I've personally eased up a bit on what I let go. 

 

That said, if you started a new thread and the only source is "I've been told...." then that's probably why. Rumours without a source I'd advise posing in the Twitter Transfer Rumours thread. That thread title is a bit of a misnomer, it's essentially the dumping ground for all other rumours that don't have a particularly credible source. Just repost whatever you said in there and it should be fine (you might even want to double check that it's not already in there.)

I think that was a good idea tbf Davie. Just lock the other one so people stop using it. 

 

Probably a good idea to have a new thread every year.

I don't know what all the fuss is about when you consider some of the tripe spouted on these topics.
