This is where people are missing the point, The figures that have been mentioned are nothing to do with what the football business is worth or what league we are in, the valuation given of around £200 million is what all the buildings and land were valued at in 2025

If it's from the accounts I think that's a replacement cost basis rather than market value?

The realisable value (of Seagrave in particular) must be a fraction of what it would cost to rebuild and you'd have to be a hall of fame thick billionaire to consider parting with anything close to 200mn to buy the current bin fire of LE2.

It’s not from accounts, it’s an independent valuation written in the 8 page “Project Lineup” brochure regarding the sale

In which case that's definitely replacement cost value. It bears no relation to to what the properties are worth in any sensible way - Citi/the owners just wanted to some big numbers in there to anchor bids high as they go whale hunting. I don't think it will work.

No that’s stupid, Martin needs at least 12 games to see if there is any up tick in results. If (Results) don’t quickly improve then yes we have little option but to bin him. But we need to see who he picks for the Stockport game, and how he sets up his team from now on, (He must know his career, not just his job at Leicester City is in the last chance saloon) SO… I do personally think it will be quite abit different on Saturday than what we have seem so far, or at least that is my hope.
