They won’t sack him - they can’t afford to whilst they’re trying to sell the club and we probably literally can’t afford to….
-
Seasons not over yet, they’ve got plenty more opportunity to make it even worse.
-
Nothing will change until the fundamental issue of this lot being at this club changes. Everything else around this is just noise.

Yep, we're pretty much in the position financially of using credit card 1 to pay credit card 2 and paying off the interest element of credit card 1 with our actual income...
-
It’s the Macquarie debt which is essentially being used as a cash advance on money we haven’t yet received, at high interest rates. That still exists as debt.
-
Wait until Admin, snap up for a fraction of the price, with most of the debt written off...
-
That's because you can't reason with fanatics and stupid...
-
Administrators will be appointed and they effectively lose control of the club - it is then in the administrators hands. Any debt due to creditors is then repaid "pennies in the pound" based on the money raised by selling the business assets.

We’ve got bigger issues than Russell.

I deal with high net-worth individuals as part of my job and I can tell you for free, that from the behaviours, he absolutely does not think about this club at all - it just isn’t of interest to him at all. It’s exactly how people like Rudkin end up in the position he has, but it absolutely will end in tears for Rudkin, because he is just another ‘disposable’ that will be discarded when the asset is finally sold.

Manchester City Found Guilty Of Almost All Charges

nah, this will drag on for another 5-10 years. They will appeal the decision, then if they lost that, they will appeal the sanction. So much time will have passed that they’ll then brush it under the carpet. And in the meantime, they’ll argue that all of the other legal action taken against them by other clubs should be paused pending the final outcome. despite the media clamour, this is gonna take years. -

They’ll do both. Continue to tie it up in red tape forever. They can afford to do it so they will. -

Nonsense. -
Is it just me, or has it been a really weird feeling season - just really incoherent and “soulless”? Dunno if I’m explaining it properly, but it’s just been a bit odd - not engaging as it has been previously.

The KP worshippers will use this as the excuse for our demise…. -
Financial DD isn't - and this one will be an absolute humdinger!

If it was my money, I'd wait until the inevitable Administration and then buy, if I really could be bothered that is!

Can only leverage if there's any assets left that haven't already been leveraged...

Leveraged buyouts only work if the asset you are buying is worth something!!!

He knows he's gonna get mullered in the Mid-terms so he's playing out a multi-pronged approach to try and prevent this. 1) Sowing seeds of doubt and alleged interference in the election even before they take place so he can declare them illegitimate/declare a national emergency. 2) Attempting to bribe voters. 3) Supreme Court agreeing that he can restrict postal votes. 4) Voter interference - already hinting that he'll send in the National Guard to Decmocrat/swing states around polling day. I actually think that his base would vote for him, even if he literally shot them in the face first. However, I'm holding onto some vain hope that Americans aren't as f***ing stupid as they look at the moment and stop this happening.

I do wonder what the early repayment terms are for the Macquarie loans - no investor in their right minds would take on the debt at 8-9% interest and leave it running, but the repayment terms will be a big factor in how much will be needed to clear that debt. No way we are worth £100m at the moment given how much expensive debt we are servicing just top keep the lights on....

This is just nonsense - attention seeker.
