IDEA OR IKEA Posted 4 January 2006 Share Posted 4 January 2006 Not sure mate, but i would turn a few more of those draws into losses - i worked out 12 - 15 pts should definately be in the bag by May but it all depends on how the teams around us get on. Sheff Wed have just strengthened Millwall have come into a bit of form Derby (it huts me to say it) i think will get out of the mess. Crewe i think will go down One of Brighton or Plymouth will go

It wasn't last year Gillingham went down with 50. Think uve been a bit pesamestic though, and why can we draw with spurs at home but not Wolves

Ric Flair Posted 4 January 2006 Share Posted 4 January 2006 We've actually had an easier first half of the season and we play alot of tough teams at home and away. The main problem this club has is that just staying up isn't good enough for us and 21st place won't make the crowd happy. Where as Millwall, Brighton, Sheff Wed and Crewe are all fighting for their lives and for most of them it's a great achievement to be in this league at present and they'll fight with pride for survival. For us it's embarassment and i'm not sure whether we've got what it takes to slaughter our way up the table. This club thinks it's premiership class and that we should be aiming to be back there within 2 years, yet we're facing a relegation battle. Staying up isn't an achievement for Leicester yet they might well need to access their goals to provide the hunger and drive to stay up.
