He had one bad season at Derby. Look at Taylor, worked/working wonders at other clubs, but when he came here he almost ruined us. Having said that, i don't want him.

Some managers only perform at lower club level, some require big clubs to excel, a similar situation exists with players some of whom, no matter how good they are at club levle are no good playing for their Country.
