If Watford stay down maybe a sneaky bid for King is in order someone want to donate a few million to the cause I don't think it was harsh,I'll never forgive that lazy, useless twat for getting his wages every week for doing nothing .He's only done well this season for his long term contract at Watford,he will be back to his old self next season! john_lcfc Posted 14 April 2006 Share Posted 14 April 2006 it wasnt harsh. laws of the game say you cant use abusive insulting language he clearly did so he got a red. why dont all referees apply this so we dont get chavs like rooney coming up as our best players. well done referee
SystonFox Posted 15 April 2006 Share Posted 15 April 2006 same happened to paddy mcarthy this season at leeds. he got a red for arguing with a lino and he accepted it and so did we. if its in the rules then you have to go. more players should get sent off for surrounding the ref also. Bad refeering today then , Ormenod should have got a straight red instead of a yellow for back chatting the ref. Is conistancy too much to ask? john_lcfc Posted 15 April 2006 Share Posted 15 April 2006 not necessarily muz. there are tow types of offences that could be applicable. offensive, insulting and or abusive launguage-which marlon king did-red card dissent by word or action-which ormerod did-yellow card.. maybe he didnt do enough for a red card he may have said hes cheating ref come on get a grip. and marlon most probable swore at the linesman and used all sorts of descriptive words its wrong to speculate if we dont know what was said

Marlon King only, there was no way Marlon Harewood was shit,we were never the same when Harewood left, which is on the reasons why we were relegated last season .But thankfully we've finally replaced him now with Nathan Tyson
