Scow Posted 21 July 2004 Author Posted 21 July 2004 Nope, just academy players ain't it? I think so, a fairly young squad. Petrescu was playing from what I hear.
Scow Posted 21 July 2004 Author Posted 21 July 2004 3-1 to us. My sister went to the game tonight, she said 3-0 - But she's probably wrong as she thought it was the Leicester first team that played. ::
mad biker Posted 22 July 2004 Posted 22 July 2004 Unless Quorn scored very early it was 3 v 0 to our kids, I missed the first 5 minutes or so, the first half was pretty scrapy, we stroked the ball about well but without an end product, we got a late goal I think the young Aussie prodded home after a bit of ping pong in the Quorn box, the second half was all City, we looked superb and added 2 more goals, sorry I can`t name names as I don`t see any academy games but we look to have some talented kids, the coloured lad at number 9 impressed me as did the back 4, Petrescu was great too we made lots of changes but all in all I really enjoyed watching our future stars in action.
gloucesterfox Posted 22 July 2004 Posted 22 July 2004 The squad for the Quorn game is on the official site. http://www.lcfc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/NewsD...~543044,00.html I went to school at Rawlins in Quorn, had a great time there.
