It would help if we had a clue what triggered the poll in the first place.

People spend too long worrying about the past and thinking about the future that they forget it's the here and now they are living in. It's ok to plan ahead and look back fondly on your past and learn from your mistakes, but dont forget to just enjoy what you have now.
