Yeah but if you are not mindful of the past, then you cannot enjoy the future - surely?

Of course you can. What happened in the past is done and their is nothing at all you can do to change what has happened in the past, ok maybe be cautious about things you have done in the past that could affect your future, but worry about that when it comes!! YOU CAN'T CHANGE THE PAST! so just enjoy yourself! :D

Yeah but if you dont remember what you did in the past, even regret certain things - then you cant appriciate the future. If you could change the past - like rewinding a Sky+ box - would you?

Not even to look back over some of the bad things and change them.

This is my 2,000 post and i am hitting a 95%/5% sh*t/good post ratio - brilliant!

Where do get these statistics?
