ithuriel Posted 18 June 2006 Posted 18 June 2006 so he is not saying anything new , so no new ideas there then. as for how to use the £20,000,000 has he put it , if we manage to achieve promotion anytime soon , the prudent thing would be to buy back the stadium so all the revenue comes to the city rather than to continued rent and interest payments.
Solihullfox Posted 18 June 2006 Posted 18 June 2006 Perhaps the new chairman should go to pick cash from the money trees that grow alongside the canal. Would love to know what NEW ideas people expect the chairman to come up with.
Solihullfox Posted 18 June 2006 Posted 18 June 2006 no new ideas=no change. sarcy git I would agree on both counts however the point is , why do we expect a new chairman to come up with some radical and unique way of rapidly raising cash for our beloved club ? And, instead of us all becrying his lack of originality why don't we all put forward some ideas of our own ? The fact that I can be both facetious and sarcastic was noted on one of my school reports many, and I mean many, years ago. No offence intended.
Daggers Posted 18 June 2006 Posted 18 June 2006 As before ~ uplifting and slightly depressing in equal measure
