macbeth Posted 3 August 2006 Posted 3 August 2006 SUE GRABBITT AND RUNNE SOLICTORS dear FTadmin my client has informed me that he has been subjected to merciless bullying on FT and your moderators have failed to take action even after informing them on occasions and this has left him on the brink of a nervous breakdown and suicidal. he's prepared to name and shame mods who have failed to protect his sanity yesterday he was on pompey spinnaker tower threatening to throw himself off and it was fortunate that I as his solicitor was there to witness the drama unfold and take photos and to talk him down it is with regret then that we ask you to stump up a 6 figure sum to allieviate the mental torture and suffering that he has had to endure, some of which is remeniscent of Tomas de Torquemada some cynics may think that this case is being brought against you because of the high profile case of the city banker who has just walked away with close to a million ; this is not so as my client says he knows nothing of this ps he says he is a reasonable fellow and will be prepared to haggle to keep it out of the courts as he has a reputation as a bit of a hard man around here and would sooner not let it be known that he's a bit of a softy who can't take it yours sincerely imer shyster

macbeth Posted 3 August 2006 Author Posted 3 August 2006 its all going down in the dossier; disco bob........reduced me to tears with cruel jibes/defaced car/ leesoh..........sarky cow by own admission Singh.........indifference to colleagues suffering.........dumb compliance more evidence; its piling up and the dossier is growing fatter and will make an almighty thump when landing on briefs desk; but i'm still open to haggle for an "out of court quickie" as i dont want old shyster getting his greedy paws on a huge slice of my "pain and suffering" relief, the doors still ajar on that one ..........come on FT don't lets get drawn into a lengthy legal kerrfuffle........just gimme a fair whack and i'll rid myself of the torment and lassitude without the professional hangers-on getting huge payoffs too..............you know it makes sense.
