However Mr Barnes with the red and yellow flag was pants.No idea re offside rule from what I could tell. Does anyone know where he was born? Could have sworn it was in East Anglia. And why does the same lino give decisions for offside to the same offensive team each half? Even it out lads and keep linos on same half for whole match.
