Mark Posted 19 August 2006 Posted 19 August 2006 .. have just taken the lead at Arsenal.. Martin O'Neill
Wycombe Fox Posted 19 August 2006 Posted 19 August 2006 Good for MON!! Instant God status at Villa Park as well then!
Thracian Posted 19 August 2006 Posted 19 August 2006 They'll believe he can walk on water - I wonder if he's tried it. Theo Walcott preparing to make his debut for Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium, some weeks after his England debut! MON's never won in Premiership against Arsenal. Walcott quicky creates a chance with Henry which ends with Arsenal hittting the bar. Shaping up a thriller.
Thracian Posted 19 August 2006 Posted 19 August 2006 Walcott makes the equaliser for Gilberto Silva in 83rd minute. First Arsenal goal at their new arena.
Matt Posted 19 August 2006 Posted 19 August 2006 Best result imo. Hate Villa, hate Arsenal - Probably both one of my most hated teams. So 1 point each i'm happy with...at least none of them have got 3
lookwhaticando Posted 19 August 2006 Posted 19 August 2006 Best result imo. Hate Villa, hate Arsenal - Probably both one of my most hated teams. So 1 point each i'm happy with...at least none of them have got 3 Portsmouth are my number one hated team in the Prem this year. Closely tailed by Villa. I greatly dislike Arsenal because they're so French... and I dislike Arsehole Whinger. I dislike Chelski, always have always will. Tottenham I hate even more than Arsenal. The rest of the teams I can tolerate, they make the league interesting with their hot and cold performances (think Boro who can trash Chelski but draw with Blunderland - or did they lose to 'em?). Down with the Villa.
Mort Posted 20 August 2006 Posted 20 August 2006 I've tried to dislike Villa but i just cant manage it not with god in charge, when i saw 1-0 to villa flash up i was surprised by my yell of "get-in" ...too many folks at Uni who are either Villa or WestBrom fans (still cant stand Brum though )... As for the rest of the prem, I dont know why, but i just cant stand Fulham, Spurs and Charlton and I've got a decent chance of seeing at least one go down this season i suppose, I'm also sympathetic towards all the clubs who've gone up... and I've always been able to offer tacit support to Everton and WestHam, while at the same time i just cant bring myself to hate Chelsea like the rest of the country. ...still sad seeing other clubs having a ball in the prem while we're stuck in the wrong end of the championship for the third season on the trot
