It was just a small minority of idiot's to be fair. The vast majority of their fans were very respectable! Remember! We aren't immune to idiots at this club

Walking out of the ground proudly wearing my Leicester shirt absolutely surrounded by thousands of people wearing Sunderland tops all I got was "congratulations, lad"...

City status despite being the size of Wellingborough? TWOCers being chased around town by the police helicopter every night? The best thing about Sunderland is the train service to Newcastle - but that doesn't stop me having a very soft spot for it after doing my teaching degree there...I like Sunderland, and liked Roker Park. A proper team with proper fans...not one of these bandwagon Russian/French collectives. Hadawayanshiteman!

In my experience, a minute silence is only observed after somebody has died, and is observed as a sign of respect. Even Sunderland fans should know that. To be fair the minutes silence wasn't announced at which point the Sunderland fans were still singing being a vocal lot. Then a Leicester fan with a brain the size of a pea shouts "shut the fu ck up you geordie bast ards" which nearly sparked a riot. Not surprising really if someone called the leicester fans "nottingham scum" or "derby sheep shaggers" I'm sure they'd have something to say minutes silence or not.
