Guest Posted 8 September 2006 Posted 8 September 2006 ' date='Sep 7 2006, 09:43 PM' post='391978'] Ming.Simultaneous asking AND answering of the question there, I approve. Not sure what happened to that wound, I was just the photography, twas my mate who got battered. Still, it prevented a goal. It looks like an artificial surface, so my guess it's some kind of abrasive injury.I've always wondered how you can have an artificial surface. Seems pretty real to me.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 8 September 2006 Posted 8 September 2006 Got hit on the chin playing wicketkeeper once by one that took a late edge and caught me by surprise (quite literally). That ballooned up and was fairly embarrassing at school the next morning pre-explanation.

Alexikokopops Posted 8 September 2006 Posted 8 September 2006 On a serious note. Would you guys like a friendly against our Uni at Mixed at some point? I can't see a problem with it, but probably best to get in touch with our exec because I'm a clown, which you can do through the fancy new website Dan has been designing over the course of the summer http://www.warwickmixedhockey.com/contact.php I think that'll be the best way because it'll go to the club account, rather than just email one specific member of the exec (Plus I've totally forgotten who everyone is on the exec, ha)
