crazy horse Posted 8 September 2006 Posted 8 September 2006 i have just looked at a topic headed "painful" in general chat only to be confronted by what can only be described as filth , this would be bad enough but to then see that it was posted by a so-called moderator called Disco Bob , was all the more disgusting , who is moderating the moderators?

The People's Hero Posted 8 September 2006 Posted 8 September 2006 Moderators don't get moderated, that's part of the fun of being a mod. Word.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 8 September 2006 Posted 8 September 2006 Moderators don't get moderated, that's part of the fun of being a mod. Word. Moderators with a sense of humour would moderate this post....... Damnit, now you're going to moderate mine instead. I love moderators. They're mega!

golden gordon Posted 8 September 2006 Posted 8 September 2006 Moderators don't get moderated, that's part of the fun of being a mod. Word. it doesn't look that way , unlees DB has sensibly decided to delete himself
crazy horse Posted 8 September 2006 Author Posted 8 September 2006 can i assume Disco Bob's disgusting thread has now been deleted , maybe he will have the courtesy to apologise for this latest assault on common decency but somehow i suspect he will do his typical logic chopping best to convince himself and his toadying following that it was not offensive thanks for the PM to remind me of the power you wield in your little world Disco boob perhaps this will be deleted by you , ..........never forget you have the power!!

crazy horse Posted 8 September 2006 Author Posted 8 September 2006 DB is moving house. gosh he must be very powerful , is he moving it on his own
kevinwpratt Posted 8 September 2006 Posted 8 September 2006 Its a shame it was deleted, i'd like to see what all the fuss is about......
Knighton Matt Posted 8 September 2006 Posted 8 September 2006 Its a shame it was deleted, i'd like to see what all the fuss is about...... Indeed. Is this the Tim Davies thread mk II? PAINFULGATE!!!!
Head Honcho Posted 8 September 2006 Posted 8 September 2006 i agree , i think that given an amount of latitude , the images on here should be no more explicit than would be expected in magazines journals and on tv , this certainly crosses that line this site is easily accessed by minors and i would not like my children to be confronted by this sort of image, it belongs on the top shelf of a sado- masochistic section in a porno shop. these sorts images can be viewed by anyone who wants to see them on sites dedicated to this stuff, please leave it there and go and look at it if you choose to not foist them off on here WHICH MUPPET POSTED THIS?
golden gordon Posted 8 September 2006 Posted 8 September 2006 WHICH MUPPET POSTED THIS? the sort of thread that has been quite rightly deleted is probably only offensive to members who have , or are capable of having children
golden gordon Posted 8 September 2006 Posted 8 September 2006 Its a shame it was deleted, i'd like to see what all the fuss is about...... briefly , it was a very graphic picture of a man hanging by his genitalia from some sort of framework, hardly general chat material
golden gordon Posted 8 September 2006 Posted 8 September 2006 WHICH MUPPET POSTED THIS? not me , but its a pretty accurate description of the guidelines that we are supposed to stick to
davieG Posted 8 September 2006 Posted 8 September 2006 WHICH MUPPET POSTED THIS? Why is this person deemed to be a muppet?
Head Honcho Posted 8 September 2006 Posted 8 September 2006 not me , but its a pretty accurate description of the guidelines that we are supposed to stick to I don't object to the post I agree with all of it I do however object to the anonimity!
golden gordon Posted 8 September 2006 Posted 8 September 2006 I don't object to the post I agree with all of it I do however object to the anonimity! perhaps they may not want the type of abuse that has already been given to anyone posting these views and would rather not get into any ridiculous name calling . such as ..............errr "muppet"
davieG Posted 8 September 2006 Posted 8 September 2006 I don't object to the post I agree with all of it I do however object to the anonimity! Well maybe that reflects that the person is actually afraid of going public for fear of being ridiculed etc, just a thought. Not that it's likely to happen of course
Head Honcho Posted 8 September 2006 Posted 8 September 2006 perhaps they may not want the type of abuse that has already been given to anyone posting these views and would rather not get into any ridiculous name calling . such as ..............errr "muppet" .........or maybe they are spineless?
golden gordon Posted 8 September 2006 Posted 8 September 2006 .........or maybe they are spineless? i hardly think you have to be a gladiator to post stuff on here , nobody is going to beat you up for it you have a strange way of agreeing with a view by saying " WHAT MUPPET WROTE THIS"
Head Honcho Posted 8 September 2006 Posted 8 September 2006 i hardly think you have to be a gladiator to post stuff on here , nobody is going to beat you up for it you have a strange way of agreeing with a view by saying " WHAT MUPPET WROTE THIS" I very much agree with the post-many of our members are under 18 you just have to read the posts to guess this and ok it may have been a bad call from DB, I don't know I didn't see it myself. I am totally against posting on here anonimously though, especially when it is to complain about a member or something that has been posted. If somebody is not happy about something why start a thread on it? Why don't they PM Mark or another member of Admin with they're complaint and ask for some action to be taken! I think crazyhorse is a little upset with DB because of their "handbags" in another thread and this is chance of a little oneupmanship not that I'm saying it's not justified I just think it could have been handled with a bit more aplomb!

I think crazyhorse is a little upset with DB because of their "handbags" in another thread and this is chance of a little oneupmanship i agree that there may be some background to this , but the thread wasn't "started anonymously" , it was started by Crazy Horse , and imo made good sense , if it was oneupmanship he didn't have to wait long did he it was only one another member who prefered by accident or choice to stay anon ( i have posted on user suggestions by mistake before i logged in and it appears as anon guest ) maybe it is oneupmanship but it was bl**dy funny
