I am sure I would have a good go at it if had a close encounter with a "stinger" (stingy jelly fish) PS doesn't it depend on the exact situation? For instance, try closing your nostrils with your finger and thumb. Can you cry like that? Also, cry for how long? If it is just expelling water out of your eyes... (and probably having something running down your nose) once... then, yes definitely! But I don't think you can do any sustained crying, unless you can breathe through your nose. At least I cannot!
