Thracian Posted 25 September 2006 Posted 25 September 2006 If he shows no desire to change things then it sounds obvious but things will stay the same. He has no cash but how much did Little have? He took City on when we were this bad and signed donkeys but good coaching and a good system saw us reach play offs. If RK sticks with 4-4-2 with this lot we're down. This isn't down to cash it's down to managerial skills - like vision, team selection, tactics and personal impact.

lcfc_jme Posted 25 September 2006 Posted 25 September 2006 This isn't down to cash it's down to managerial skills - like vision, team selection, tactics and personal impact. Managerial skills play a big part in this - RK lacks managerial skills, vision, man-management skills and tactical awareness. Whether or not this is down to lack of experience is for everybody to have their own opinion on, but atm, RK seems out of his depth and incompetent. Should this show no sign of improving, he needs removing. A big cash injection would be a help us massively atm though, RK in charge or not.
