Dont think so but I wouldn't eat the worm after such a long time :sick:

No bacteria could really develop in/around he worm thanks to the large volume of alcohol surrounding it. :thumbup:

And no, I would not consider eating worms even when fresh :blink:

It worked well enough for Nelson ~ although it wasn't tequila. I reckon he'd have opted for tequila given the choice, he was a party boy.
