Paul Hawksbee was the editor when I used to buy it. I also bought something called Free Kick once. It was pretty good. Had a picture of Kevin Drinkell on the front.

It just disappeared... i bought the last one back in '99 or summat. they stopped printing them due to the amount of other football magazines at the time. as for 'match' i bought match and 'shoot' and remember a marc north being 'super sub' for grimsby and when everton signed mike newell off us, making him hold a toffee crisp (hiding the crisp bit)
