JoeyB Posted 16 December 2006 Share Posted 16 December 2006 also us getting a win, and keeping a clean sheet and our brilliant fans must mean something to him to
Joe. Posted 16 December 2006 Share Posted 16 December 2006 3rd highest attendance Thats pretty poor really. Third highest in the country when we have 10 other Premiership home teams playing? Great for the club, and hopefully it will attract more fans to the other games.

JoeyB Posted 16 December 2006 Share Posted 16 December 2006 it was great imo the atmosphere was a bit flat untill we got the 2nd goal and then it picked up bigstyle 2 questions tho: 1) when was the last time we had a good mexican wave going round the stadium? 2) when was the last time we "ole" 'd during a game? I seem to remember when we last played at Highbury. It was the last game of our last Premiership season and we were winning 1-0 at the time. It was just before half time and we were passing it around well and we started the 'Ole-ing'

Milky Posted 16 December 2006 Share Posted 16 December 2006 Kiss of death Doing it with 10 mins to go is ridiculas. just like when we did it against newcastle in the prem and they went and equalised, or other stupid retarded crap like singing oh what fun it is to see leicester win away when leading against everton only for them to score 2 and win the game. Steve_Davis Posted 17 December 2006 Share Posted 17 December 2006 the attendance was great, but its only going to be temporary unless the team performs better and draws in the punters who are prepared to pay full price for ticket. a win against cardiff in front of another 30k+ should help draw the supporters back
