How is booing ever going to help a club

Recommended Posts

its not a pantomime. its real people. real players.

if someone boo's does this make the person feel better now that theyve boo'd? i think not

does boo'ing help the players, or manager? i think not

in life in general, if u support something, do u boo at it? i think not

Then why do it.

WTF????

If I pay good money for something, and get a pile of poo instead, I will vent my feelings to the provider of that pile of poo.

Booing shows the team that they ahve been shit and they migth try and do something about it. I can boo if i want, I pay money. So post something sensible or dont post at all.

we should be allowed when the team are really bad. But some people just do it for the sake of it, jordan stewart was booed yesterday.

if a train is late, u dont boo it for its poor perfomance, u just accept that nothings perfect

If a trains late I shout and swear, I shout and swear when Leicester are shit so I act the same. I don't tend to boo, I tend to shout abuse at them which I would do at anything that is of a poor service.

Actually, I will put in a complaint, whereby the train operator has to then recompense me for their ineptitude.

Apathy gets you nowhere.

shouting hasnt got anyone anywhere.

but if u enjoy it fair enough.

its just i prefer not to be a victor meldrew clone

You're on a wind up obviously, but I feel the need to reply.

If a train is late of course I don't boo it, it's an inanimate object it won't react, therefore I will write a letter of compaint to the operators if I feel the need.

However when Jordan Stewart gets to hear me or anyone else booing at him he will understand that his level of performance is unacceptable. I don't do it to be 'nasty' or to 'pick' on a player and I am sure the vast majority of people do it because we know that the players can perform better.

By the time players are getting booed the supporters have tollerated enough crap from them and given them ample opportunity to rectify their levels of performance.

Personally I'll be a Boo-Boy until the casket burns.

but booing will not help the players performance, if anything it will worsen the perfomance. just cus someone finds out that they arent playing well doesnt mean they can suddenly switch a button and play well. it will ruin thier confidence even more thus playing worse. just let them get on with it i say.

When have u ever boo'd and its turned the game around?

i stopped going to leicester matches when i was 18, 19 and 20, cus i found it too frustrating, all these last minute goals and frank sinclair.

It broke me.

And since then now when i watch a leiceter game i just watch the game, and enjoy it, i take a step back from it, and just let the game happen

Against Plymouth mate, they got booe'd off at half time and then came out for the second half and bossed the game. Job done

I agree, support the team, but when I've spent 90 minutes supporting the team, knowing full well that at this time of year I will make myself genuinely ill, only to be 'rewarded' by half-hearted performances from players who don't care what happens to this club because they won't be here for much longer, then I will use what little remains of my voice to boo them off of the pitch.
