Ah well, there's always a next time

Sorry to hear it Craig.

For me personally, I was going into my test thinking i'll fail my thoughts were "If I fail I won't be too disappointed, if I pass it will be an AMAZING shock!" and that was my honest opinion, I really 100% did think I would fail, When my instructor said I could go in for my test I just agreed because I wanted to have a go, I knew I was almost ready for my test but to be truthfully honest with myself I knew I wasn't ready, however as the week went on and the test became nearer, I got more and more confident, not in ym driving because when it comes down to driving I have always been quite confident (One of not many things I am confident it) If anything I was/am to cocky/confident, its nice to have confidence but I think I have/had to much confidence.

Anyway although I was confident as I went into my test I still had in the back of my mind I would fail...I passed

-However I think the person who was marking my test just wanted to get the test over with and wanted to get home, He was talking to me friendly (Something there not ment to do) he got me to do the compulsory 2 procedures, He only stopped me for the 2 procedores, I never did a hill stop/start, or a emergancy stop, He was brilliant, and I honestly believe if I had anyone else marking me on my test I would have failed!

-Failed my theory once, passed second time, Never EVER passed a mock test, passed my proper test once!

:o Just realised next month i'll have been driving for nearly half a year :o Thats amazing how fast has that gone?!?!? B) B)

You don't sound to disappointed Craig which is a good thing, What did you fail on?

Well i've got my 3rd test next friday. First test I wasn't confident & would of passed if I had of got my traffic lights sorted out near the County Arms, second test was 14 days later & I went in full of confidence but IMO i did shit on my test but I failed for speeding at junctions but hopefully i'll pass next week - if you fail its not the end of the world you'll pass eventually.

Another example of how easy I had my test thanks to the person who was marking me!

When I got back to the test centre the bloke said "Right erm well [Pause - Which I thought he was gonna say I failed] i'm happy to say you've passed, the only thing I would say to you is slow down at junctions, if there was more traffic you would have struggled to stop"

Thanks all he said, lol Oh well I ain't complaining that he passed me! B) :D

Haha I was smug as a bug in a rug when I passed last Mrach (3rd time round), but then the examiner says; "well you passed, just! Now we don't usually do this but, you didn't pull into the left hand lane soon enough when going round the roundabout and had a car come along I'd have failed you!" I was like <_< , haha but oh well :D

1 year and 2 months or so now, boy that time has flown by, good luck all you learners, you'll get it eventually just don't give in!

It is the best feeling ever when you pass, I think its one of the best/proudest moments of my life so far! Something I have actually wanted to do and been happy to do and acheive

First thing I did when i'd passed I went down the A5, every day on the way home from work I went the long way home just so I could drive that bit further! lol I still have to pinch myself to make me believe i've passed even now (Nearly half a year later ) It was really scary but amzing driving on your own for once.

Exactly the police will bust you if your going 1mph over but the police seem to forget its also illegal to be going too slow like sunday drivers!

I'm not one and i'll never be one.

Nah i'm not exactly a boy racer although I would like some - Alloys[And big wheels]/Spolier/prehaps a bigger exhust and do drive with music very loud, but still wouldn't consider myself a boy racer and its my first car so i'm not planning to spend too much money on it! ;)
