davieG Posted 26 February 2007 Posted 26 February 2007 Bit of an upset and probably blown any real chance Stoke had for the play-offs as well as being a massive potential relegation saver for Barnsley.
Joe. Posted 26 February 2007 Posted 26 February 2007 It's a lifeline for them definitely but they're still right in it.

JoeyB Posted 26 February 2007 Posted 26 February 2007 stoke have managed to get some good loans in surprised they didn't beat them
lildave3 Posted 26 February 2007 Posted 26 February 2007 That was a poor game, the attendance was appalling. Good goal from the hungarian lad though
Milky Posted 26 February 2007 Posted 26 February 2007 I still can't help but look over my shoulder. It's still 9 points clear, and i probably should feel safe, but i don't.
lookwhaticando Posted 26 February 2007 Posted 26 February 2007 I still can't help but look over my shoulder. It's still 9 points clear, and i probably should feel safe, but i don't. Relax. We're alright.
lildave3 Posted 26 February 2007 Posted 26 February 2007 Relax. We're alright. If i could be bothered, i'd look for the thread where i was so confident that we wouldn't go down yet JME was still panicking and telling me we were doomed. But i can't be bothered.

Joe. Posted 26 February 2007 Posted 26 February 2007 I can honestly say I never thought we would go down. I can't see us going up for a good while yet but I think we'll stay in this division for many years to come yet...
Glen_lcfc Posted 26 February 2007 Posted 26 February 2007 QPR now in relegation spaces. WE are still well clear and have nothing to worry about.

MC Prussian Posted 26 February 2007 Posted 26 February 2007 Relax. We're alright. Just remember to be absent during Saturday's game once more.
Maybes Posted 26 February 2007 Posted 26 February 2007 Surprise win for barnsley. Playing stoke at a good time ...havent been on the ebst of runs recently
lildave3 Posted 26 February 2007 Posted 26 February 2007 Surprise win for barnsley. Playing stoke at a good time ...havent been on the ebst of runs recently As was mentioned on the show, Stoke have a few players missing through injury/suspension. When they get Fuller back i think they'll go on a good run again.
lookwhaticando Posted 27 February 2007 Posted 27 February 2007 Just remember to be absent during Saturday's game once more. I get the feeling you don't like me.
lookwhaticando Posted 27 February 2007 Posted 27 February 2007 Alright then, i could be bothered after all: Derby thread That's classic. Be sure to rub his nose in it come the end of the season when we're just two points shy of the play-offs.
Ultra Posted 27 February 2007 Posted 27 February 2007 Dire game - one of many in this league this season. Quality finish though by the Hungarian bloke, who may well keep Barnsley up. And if that means that the poison dwarf and his mob slip ever closer to the third division, then all well and good..
Geo V Posted 27 February 2007 Posted 27 February 2007 I only saw bits of the game but they had some Bulgarians staring for them again I think? Plymouth have added some Hungarian players who are doing great. When will we raid these countries for International players on the cheap instead of the muck we stick with??!
Wils Posted 27 February 2007 Posted 27 February 2007 Great performance from Barnsley, there defence was brilliant a massive win for them.
Simi Posted 27 February 2007 Posted 27 February 2007 Makes it harder for Leeds so well done to Barsnely.
lcfc_jme Posted 27 February 2007 Posted 27 February 2007 There will be no rubbing my nose in anything come the end of the season as I am confident that we will finish on a double figure point total outside of the playoffs. And for the record, Barnsleh were very good defensively yesterday and deserved the win tbf. Rob Kelly would have been extraordinarily proud of that defensive display!
