They do actually get volunteers who watch youth teams to feed them stats, as far as I know. So if they've got someone from Leicester on board, that's about right.

Not all of them...they do set up some of the good ones properly, especially those playing for England at various levels.

I guess they have to make up lots of youth stats or it would take them forever. Most of the names under the age of 15 are probobly made up too (sound very similar to famous players often). If you play for long enough then I guess you end up not actually knowing any of the players...
