I used to love a Sunday roast when the mum was alive and the family would always make sure we all gathered at mums on a Sunday, regardless of where we lived but the grub was worth it. Since then the closest I have got to a good sunday roast was when an ex-used to cook one but since then I have dated a South American bird who didnt do them but the good news is, I had many a spit-roast with her so its not all bad!:D

I enjoyed my beef so much that we're going to have it again this Sunday. We shall be having cauliflower cheese, roast pots, carrots and Yorkies - because I know you are interested.

I can taste the horseradish sauce already.
