Fez of Mahrez Posted 7 May 2007 Posted 7 May 2007 I think he needs to dig this frame out. 15-11 would be a hell of a hole.
Flynny Posted 7 May 2007 Posted 7 May 2007 Even if Selby doesn't win another frame this is going to be a late night. Long frames.
lildave3 Posted 7 May 2007 Posted 7 May 2007 This is incredible. It really is. It's going to be a long night...
Wezleylowski Posted 7 May 2007 Posted 7 May 2007 It really is. It's going to be a long night... A good night nontheless
lildave3 Posted 7 May 2007 Posted 7 May 2007 A good night nontheless True, but I haven't had much sleep this weekend as it is! If this goes on too long I fancy an all-nighter
Flemmish Posted 7 May 2007 Posted 7 May 2007 Well, it looks to be slipping away from Selby now He can still come back though and has done in the past. C'mon Selby!
Manwell Pablo Posted 7 May 2007 Posted 7 May 2007 This is probabley about the 4th time I've written Mark off in this tournament but I think it's all finished now. Fanstastic tournament for him though.

Just been saying the same thing. Just hope he comes back in the future and doesn't just fade away like so many in the past...
lildave3 Posted 7 May 2007 Posted 7 May 2007 Good old Selby, brilliantly done. My tip would possibly be Higgins though. Obviously i'm not counting Ronnie... Wish i'd had a bet on now <_<
Wezleylowski Posted 8 May 2007 Posted 8 May 2007 Wish i'd had a bet on now <_< haha I'm sorry that is very unfortunate, could have earnt a bit of dough there mate
Geo V Posted 8 May 2007 Posted 8 May 2007 A great effort from Selby. I think it was 14-13 and Selby was taking his time, wiping his cue down and taking over a minute a shot when the cameras went to Higgins who looked both hacked off and tired. At that point I thought he was on the ropes but Selby let him off the hook! Still, it was a magnificent performance from a young player who to be honest, I hadnt heard of so lets hope he continues to progress.
Guest Gist Posted 8 May 2007 Posted 8 May 2007 Unlucky Selby Credit to him for giving it a good fight, shame he started so badly or I'm sure he's have walked away with it. At least he can use this experience to hopefully develop his game further for futre competitions.
