Talent wise... One of the most promising in the division.

Macken... Shit!

Moore... Was quality! He won EVERYTHING in the air.

Ok... for the "penalty" there were at least two fouls there.

For the "elbow" on Hume, I think it would have been very harsh if he was sent-off for it.

Although if he went, then so should have Tiatto.

Don't think either merited a red, but it was a blatant penalty. He was all over Hume for 90 mins though!

Like I said, I thought he was played out of position :dunno:

But obviosuly you go and watch Derby every week, do you think he's half as good as a forward than he is as a midfielder?

Erm... It was difficult to see where he played today.

Davies changed the formation quite a few times today.

Barnes seemed to play in the centre midfield at the start of the game, then played upfront with Macken and then seemed to settle just behind the main striker, before returning to playing with someone else upfront.

His position changed throughout teh match.

IMO I think that he plays best as a second striker because this is where he can use his pace and really, all his qualities.

Usually, he plays upfront with Stevie Howard and goes for the flick-ons and knock downs.

He can play well in centre midfield but is better upfront and scores some awesome goals.

Although, fans seem to get frustrated with him because we all know what he can do but sometimes he doesn't produce it or hangs onto the ball for too long.

But in all, he plays best behind a target man where he can really exploit defences.

You'd love him if he was playing for you.

You can't really judge him on one game!

You can see he has bags of potential, ilst these top clubs wouldn't be wanting him!

I thought he did alright. None of our lot played well today. He played his part in the goal. You must have been scared of him otherwise he wouldnt of had four players around him just before Fagan scored.

We would.

He does have bags of potential, he shown that he has that, he's very quick and skillful, very quick feet. I thought we dealt with him really well today though.

Except for their goal. Although that would have been avoided if Kisnorbo had stayed on Fagan, rather than come across to crowd out Barnes.

Yeah I'd agree with that, but the moments you let him go, he really punished you. Like with the goal, with the shot that was jsut over and there was something else but I forgot!

What one was this?!

I can't remember this?!

Or do you mean when Tiatto went to knock his head off with his elbow?!

He seemed to dodge that aswell!!!

Thank god he looked average yesterday. We looked after him well so hats off to our lads. BTW funny thing said by commentator was that one of his team mates was telling him not to be so cocky as it will get him in trouble. Apparently he goes "Weeeeeeeeeeeeee" when he runs past the opposition! PMSL!

No. It was the 44th minute, Barnes had broke free and one of our players made an awesome tackle whilst crunching Barnes at the same time, in our penalty area.

He laid about holding his left leg up.

I don't think the elbow on Hume would have been harsh at all, it was pretty nasty. An elbow is an elbow, I don't remember Tiatto's elbow but he should also have been sent off for an elbow as well if there was one, no question.

Also, it wasn't exactly hard for Moore to win everything in the air, we have very little aerial presence up front. He was completely done by Kisnorbo from our corner, Kisnorbo would probably have scored but the big c u n t Moore sat on him so that was that out. I thought he was fairly poor at times, he couldn't deal with being ran at and under pressure could do nothing else but lump it into touch. In fact, that word sums him up - he's a lump. An effective lump at times, but definately a lump.
