davieG Posted 15 April 2007 Posted 15 April 2007 I know these have been mentioned before but the search is unavailable. My feeling is they weren't universally recommended. My lad's looking at buy a MESH Elite Premier. Is anyone familiar with this or MESH? Does this model accept camera memory cards (I don't know the correct description)? What's MESH like as a company? Is their technical support any good. If the answers are negative can anyone suggest a supplier/PC with a good record for technical support as my lad knows even less about PCs than I do.
Phube Posted 15 April 2007 Posted 15 April 2007 I was looking at a MESH PC but there are just so many stories of bad service I've been put off! Just put 'MESH computers reviews' into google and you'll see!!
Bluefoxtim Posted 15 April 2007 Posted 15 April 2007 My brother got one, had a few problems, but they replaced it swiftly and gave him a big upgrade. He didn't complain
Daggers Posted 15 April 2007 Posted 15 April 2007 DON'T DO IT! Said many times: I got my laptop from them and they dicked me about. I only got half my order, had to wait two weeks for the rest of it. They NEVER answer emails. They NEVER phone back when they say they will. The department you speak to is NEVER the department you (apparently) need to speak to...and five will get you ten the relevant department is not answering their phones that month. Mesh computers are good. Mesh customer service and aftercare sucks arse.
act smiley Posted 15 April 2007 Posted 15 April 2007 OverclockersUK have always been pretty good with customer service and price, I've found, although I've only ever bought parts from them.
