i always prefer a white cup; i have a dark blue mug and i can never get the milk/coffee ratio right. in the cup that got smashed, i knew where to fill the water up to, to allow enough space for the optimum amount of milk.

^ further to that, it (the cup) always contained the perfect cuppa. and it also appeared from nowhere years and years ago, i have no idea where it came from, or even where i was living when it did turn up, but i'm mighty glad it did, life will never be the same again
