Belgrade Road Posted 31 May 2007 Posted 31 May 2007 He has been offered a 3 year deal by Preston and is very likely to sign for them any day now.
Father Ted Posted 31 May 2007 Posted 31 May 2007 A while ago, in January, the rumour was thathe had signed a pre-contract with us.
morris1234 Posted 14 June 2007 Posted 14 June 2007 http://home.skysports.com/list.aspx?hlid=4...p;channel=& Preston North End have agreed a deal to sign Carlisle United striker Karl Hawley. The 25-year-old will move to Deepdale on a free transfer when his Carlisle contract expires later this month. He rejected an extension at Brunton Park and has, instead, accepted a three-year contract with Paul Simpson's Preston. Hawley was signed for Carlisle by Simpson three years ago and notched 51 goals during his time with the League One club. The forward follows Billy Jones in agreeing a switch to Preston and Hawley is keen to work with Simpson again, having attracted interest from other clubs. "I'm delighted, it's a big move for me and I'm looking forward to it," Hawley told Preston's official website. "I have spoken to a few other clubs, but I feel that this is the best move for me at the moment. I'm just looking forward to getting started and getting out on that pitch. "Paul Simpson knows all about me and I know what he is all about, so that was a massive factor in my decision to move here and I'm just looking forward to working with him again."

The Reverend Posted 14 June 2007 Posted 14 June 2007 He's crap. Was average in League 1. Nothing convinces me he can cut it at this level.
Stevosevic Posted 14 June 2007 Author Posted 14 June 2007 Great replacement for Nugent Seriously though, i cant see him getting many games for them.
Ric Flair Posted 14 June 2007 Posted 14 June 2007 I'm ending this thread with something really original. He's CRAP and i'm not upset.
