It has come to our attention that the number of smilies being used in Steven's posts has dropped dramatically over the course of this season. We would urge you to encourage Steven to use more at every available opportunity until he is posting smilies with the same frequency as he used to. In most of his recent posts he has rarely used and we can not find any evidence of him ever having used a . To be quite honest, it is an insult to the hours that smilies sit around on internet sites waiting to be copy-pasted. Thank you for your time.
