James. Posted 2 August 2007 Posted 2 August 2007 You don't like Lost, I disagree with some of your political views, you're a bit harsh on Ultra sometimes ( ) but goddam it Dave I've gone and sponsored you anyway. A very worthwhile cause. So £20 is yours. Although if you vomit, fall off or die during any of the rides I would like a full refund. Thank you and good luck. Yo. Dave. Just wondering if I'm entitled to that refund?
Daggers Posted 2 August 2007 Author Posted 2 August 2007 Yo. Dave.Just wondering if I'm entitled to that refund? Sure, just write to LR and tell them I said it is OK
James. Posted 2 August 2007 Posted 2 August 2007 Sure, just write to LR and tell them I said it is OK How are the rides going? I resurrected this out of a genuine interest in your progress... (and you never know you might get some more sponsors)
Daggers Posted 2 August 2007 Author Posted 2 August 2007 How are the rides going?I resurrected this out of a genuine interest in your progress... (and you never know you might get some more sponsors) I can crack off fifty miles without a second thought, in around 3 and a quarter hours...but the weight is slow to come off for some reason. Mainly, I think, the reason is curry and pizza. It's a shame because I do 25 miles a day...maybe I need to quit the digestives and cheese too. August is a dead month for cycling and I've got to try not to accrue an extra two stone when we go to France before the Wessex 50 in September...my Dad loves to force feed us wine and cheese.

A world without cheese, pizza and especially curry (I love you curry) is not a pleasant place. Good work all the same and the best of luck with it. And thank you for the update!
