rotherhamfox Posted 7 February 2005 Posted 7 February 2005 That Aphex Twin vid is very worrying, slightly evil.

The part where that 'creature' screams at the old lady is There's no doubt that it's a twisted mind behind those videos... makes for some variety at least though Some great videos in there, and frankly I'm a bit bemused that Windowlicker is in that list. Certainly on MTV they wouldn't show that video before 10pm, which can't be said about the rest of the primetime videos in that list... Couldn't find Soundgarden's 'Black Hole Sun' either ...
TrickyTrev Posted 7 February 2005 Author Posted 7 February 2005 Windowlicker has something of a cult status, but I was presently suprised to see it included. The director is Chris Cunningham who also works with Bjork and Portished, and yes he is a little twisted.
Alexikokopops Posted 8 February 2005 Posted 8 February 2005 It's all about Subterranean Homesick Blues by Bob Dylan. Genious video.
Dunc Posted 9 February 2005 Posted 9 February 2005 BEst vid I've seen is 'Rabbit in the headlights' by Unkle. Absolutely awesome but not widely known. I would go so far as to say it is Genius
Nationwider Posted 9 February 2005 Posted 9 February 2005 Off the top of my head, and without much thought I'd pick the following faves: Blur - Coffee & TV REM - Everybody Hurts Radiohead - Just Bassment Jaxx - Where's Your Head At? Daft Punk - Da Funk (if that's the one with the guy with the mask on and the broken arm/leg who meets the girl in the shop?)
