Guest Chocolate Teapot Posted 9 June 2007 Posted 9 June 2007 Saw them last night, they are incredible. Will be massive over the summer.
Filbert_Ross Posted 9 June 2007 Posted 9 June 2007 Indy cindy, lego haircut, polka dot dress. brilliant.
Vennegoor10 Posted 11 June 2007 Posted 11 June 2007 A friend of mine has been raving about them for weeks, is it electro style-towards the kalxons style of music?
Dames Posted 15 June 2007 Posted 15 June 2007 I doubt any of you would believe me but one of thier main influences is the London Grime Scene.
Filbert_Ross Posted 16 June 2007 Posted 16 June 2007 I doubt any of you would believe me but one of thier main influences is the London Grime Scene. well its pretty obivious aint it.
Dames Posted 16 June 2007 Posted 16 June 2007 well its pretty obivious aint it. Not for the people that stereotype grime as just being about guns and knives.
Flynny Posted 16 June 2007 Posted 16 June 2007 They sound to me like what all the discriptors about the Klaxons should really mean. When you get down to it, The Klaxons are just like any other indie band with some slightly unorthodox keyboards and the like. These guys seem to have gone way further. Not got an album out yet, right?
Unit Posted 17 June 2007 Posted 17 June 2007 playing leicester uni soon, 10 quid. Problem is it's 14+ so my little brother will be there! what's that about?
Macdaddy Posted 18 June 2007 Posted 18 June 2007 My wife's cousin has the album (or a collection of tunes) on her phone. Album isn't as strong as the singles. 4 excellent tunes and a bit of filler. They are always on Zane Lowe and were interviewed the other night. Sound bunch with a good future I reckon. Agree with the klaxons similarity and a little bit test icicles aswell.
Lovejoy Posted 20 June 2007 Posted 20 June 2007 Saw them last night, they are incredible. Will be massive over the summer. going to see them soon (if i can get tickets) should be quality
