Listened to the hour and there were lots of interesting points especially MA's ideas regarding a change around at the training ground. What he has in mind exactly, I don't know, but he seemed to acknowledge that whilst it's a useful facility, it is becoming slightly dated. Also interesting to hear that he has been told about which players are promising from the under 18s and that he will be willing to give them a chance if they're better than the players he brings in.

I emailed JB during the interview - he did have the courtesy to email me back, which surprised me.

He did defend himself, citing that I was the only emailer out of more than 100 who moaned. Fair play, I told him that the interview did pan out after my email into a very interesting one.
