Could Leicester City be the bringers of WORLD PEACE?

Okay, so we've signed Kaabi and we're suddenly flooded my messages from Iranians interested in how their star man is doing over here in blighty. As we all know, things are a bit strained diplomatically between our two nations. I think this is the answer!! Two years from now MA and MM will be hailed as heros as the Israel/Palestine dispute is reduced down to a quick game of paper/scissors/stone with the winners taking away a mars bar and a £3.99 BBQ set!! Will this see further politically motivated signings as MM seems to unravel the world's difficulties from his base in Leicester?? Problem in Afghanistan - no probs MM signs Taliban Tony for £50k and a crate of Snickers. Getting bogged down in Iraq - here comes new signing chemical gerry on a year long loan from Basra United in return for a tube of smarties, a 12-pack of walkers and a couple of quilted bog rolls. I think we can all agree that City's promotion push can wait.

come on man.. I'm all down with race jokes myself.. but take it easy comparing Iran to afghanistan and Iraq and taking the piss out of player prices and stuff.. it's all good though.. just think you have a bit of a different image of Iranians to what we're really like.. Iranians don't harbor any bad feelings towards British or American or any nationality.. (if they are racist against anyone.. it's pretty much the same races British people are racist against!).. anlike someone else was saying Kaebi would be happy in Leicester because of the mosques.. one of the reasons he picked Leicester over Wigan was because it has a better nightlife.. (lol.. I know doesn't sound like a great way for a professional player to pick a club.. but he's only a young lad.. lol.).. just saying don't get too caught up in the stereotypes.. and as football is concerned Iran is in the same league as Japan, South Korea, Australia etc.. not Afghanistan and Iraq! :-p

lol Borderline stuff my boy. And yeah i thought it was harsh to liken the mighty Iran to the likes of Iraq and Afghanistan. Although i have heard Osama bin laden is a wizard with a football

This is Leicester, where we tell one of our best players that he "used to be shite" when he was being played in the wrong position, we make plans to remind our new goalkeeper of his life-destroying gambling addiction, and apparently we now compare our new winger to a terrorist.

 I wasn't sure I'd get away with that but as I have it proves that our new friends in Iran are pretty cool with things so I'll be pleased to see them wearing a few Leicster shirts whilst watching their next international?? Seems like MM/MA have diffused the situation already!!

Who cares what nationality any of our players are as long as they are proud to pull on the shirt and play with some passion!

To be honest since we signed Kaebi I have learned that a few players I knew of and are held with high regard are Iranian lol!! This snippet was from some article online but it highlights they have some useful players.

Kaebi joins the large contingent of foreign-based players who are hoping to end Iran’s long title wait after consecutive wins in 1968, 1972 and 1976.

Coach Amir Ghalenoei will also call upon Bolton midfielder Andranik Teymourian, Frankfurt’s Mehdi Mahdavikia, Livorno defender Rahmen Razaei, Hannover’s Vahid Hashemian and former Bayern Munich man Ali Karimi.
