But the victim’s family today criticised the decision, saying the boy’s mother would have faced more serious action if she failed to send her son to school. Sara Corran, 24, from Norris Green, was left with permanent scarring after the boy stabbed her 21 times as she visited his mother, a friend at the time. Police passed a file to the Crown Prosecution Service, considering charges against Diane Baker, 28, for failing to control her son. They were also asked to consider a possible assault by her on Ms Corran during the fight between the pair that provoked the child’s assault. But the CPS advised that there was no case to answer in relation to an alleged assault or for failing to control her son. The youngster, whose identity we have been asked to withhold, is below the age of criminal responsibility and cannot be prosecuted. She said: “My daughter has been through hell. “If a child is truanting from school, it is the parent who ends up before the court – this is the same scenario. “Sara has scars over her arms, back and bottom which she will never get rid of.†Ms Corran had 64 stitches in her wounds after the attack in March on Ashbank Road. The boy said his attack had been influenced by Chucky, a fictional, knife-wielding doll in a horror film series. Ms Baker has moved away from the area after she received threats. Yea, but in Chavscumland this weeks victim is next weeks aggressor is the following weeks victim...and so it goes on and on and on and on. If they aren't shouting at each other, they're texting threats to each others boyfriend/girlfriend/HPTV. But allowing your seven year old access to shit Horror films for God's sake? He should've been allowed to watch something decent like The Ring or Army of Darkness (Evil Dead III)!

They are all out in their 'P'-reg motors; windows down, greasy-haired slapper riding shotgun and a heavily tattooed arm out the drivers door. I had the audacity to hoot at one while he was forcing me into the ditch (I think he had dropped his spliff/ear-ring/forged licence) and so he pulled his car over two lanes to hold up all the traffic while he invited me to join him in an impromptu pugilistic competition. As I drove around the semi-naked fist-clenched retard in the middle of the road I discovered (what most people already knew, but here was good confirmation) that I was a "****ing scared fat bastard". My rear-view mirror was then filled with the image of his twisted face, the colour of alcoholic's nose-veins, and two fists banging together then doing the old 'swallowing cock' thing. Apparently, so I have learned, Chavscum really do not appreciate being laughed at, ignored and then having their photograph taken. It really gets on their goat. I wouldn't be surprised if he goes around to sleep with his Mother's step-Father's illegitimate half-brother's cousin's girlfriend and abuses a lot of Blue WKD just to calm down, before robbing some poor old dear. Our next door neighbour, 70-odd years old, got done over last night. The scum must have targeted her house...and we were in with the back door open. The brassneck on these ****ers is unbelievable.
