foxes-are-blue Posted 4 September 2007 Posted 4 September 2007 I have got two tickets for the England game next Wednesday. The last time I went to Wembley was for the Tramere cup final which we won. Anybody got any advice of the best place to park etc. I am taking my eleven year old son with me so not bothered about pubs- unfortunately!!
James. Posted 4 September 2007 Posted 4 September 2007 Stanmore tube has a car park and is pretty convenient in terms of coming from Leicester and for the jubilee line which will take you straight to Wembley Park station. Get there early as I imagine it will be a popular choice for those coming from the North.

Tommeh Posted 4 September 2007 Posted 4 September 2007 Stanmore's what I'd suggest too. Easy to find, only 4 tube stops away, pretty close to the M1 for a quick getaway, just get there early as last time I went for a day in the capital parking was tricky on a normal day. I'd imagine it'll be chaos 2 hours before ko. I'd reccoment get there with a few hours to spare.

Daggers Posted 4 September 2007 Posted 4 September 2007 Stanmore station can be booked in advance if you go to the England website...which means that you don't have to worry too much. Plus, it's cheap. There's a dedicated website for it but you'll have to hunt it out because I don't have it to hand. As has been said, the queues build up early - seriously early.
