Raj Posted 13 September 2007 Posted 13 September 2007 Maybe not this Saturday..but I have a feeling I will be chanting his name on a future Saturday quickly followed by "out"
Chairman of the Bored Posted 13 September 2007 Posted 13 September 2007 Like Raj, I had a pop at the Board that infamous Shef Utd game with MON. I didn't think they had given him the amunition to fire the club to where I thought it should be. How wrong I was that day and I've learnt from that mistake. I wasn't greatly chuffed by Mega's appointment yesterday but I saw a bit of steel in his eyes during the press conference plus he clearly hates Forest, which is fine by me. Give the bloke a chance, give Tags a chance is what I say. No way I am going to The Walkers on Saturday with the aim of calling for the managers head when he isn't even in charge yet. Watch the mood turn when we beat Forest on Tuesday. I'm onside until it goes wrong, if it indeed it does. The n'er say wells can all go screw as far as I'm concerned. I thought Martin Allen was a piss poor appointment. Nothing but a Pub Team manager. At least Mega has got a club into the Prem -twice! Up the Blues!
eaststandtom Posted 14 September 2007 Posted 14 September 2007 For Megson, Against Milan.I'm gonna contradict myself here, but as fans were being held at ransom and in a catch 22, we need Milan financially but we/most/I want to get our opinion of disapproval at the way Milan is handling the club over to him, If there are chants about Milan (against) I will certainly be joining in. FFS!!! it is pointless me typing these words but i cant seem to stop myself!!! milan saved the club!!! saved it from an ineveitable plunge into the lower reaches of english basement football ie, forest and leeds, shef wed etc. sacking martin allen was the right choice. reading between the lines and just hearing talk sweeping around the city allen wasnt up to it! simple! the players were unfit (q/rudkin & mandaric) and he pissed everyone off. numerous players were interviewed about him leaving(inc, ksinorbo, clemence) not one expressed any personal sentiment towards the phil daniels pastiche of a cockney knob head that is martin allen. this happened with levein and kelly). why not for him? knowing people who work there he was damaging the club from inside (moral wise, fitness and even medling with who runs the door at the club!!!). milan recognised this and took the neccersary steps. i fully support his decision to sack him. for what its worth, i denounce any anti-mandaric nonsense this saturday. the guy should be comended for taken on a struggling, debt ridden club, going absolutely nowhere but down and breathing some life back into it and giving it a chance and some hope!! football fans? differences of opinions? small boys in the park? jumpers for goalposts? marvellous!!! isnt it? marvellous
Lester LXXIV Posted 14 September 2007 Posted 14 September 2007 Support Support Support!!! Cos without a manager, a chairman and a football team our lives would be free to do nothing except work goddamit!!
Leicester Rule! Posted 14 September 2007 Posted 14 September 2007 cant believe this is a poll. No matter what we think of the manager, he is here, he is here to stay no matter what we think. Get behind him and he'll do his best for the club. BLUE ARMY
Micky Ruddle Posted 14 September 2007 Posted 14 September 2007 I'm no-where near the biggest fan of GM, but i will get behind him, because we are supporting the team, not just the manager.
Leicester Rule! Posted 14 September 2007 Posted 14 September 2007 I'm no-where near the biggest fan of GM, but i will get behind him, because we are supporting the team, not just the manager. Now thats the attitude

Darkzzz_ Posted 14 September 2007 Posted 14 September 2007 Im backing him... if he does shite then we can lay into him... but for now... lets back mr megson
Leicester Rule! Posted 14 September 2007 Posted 14 September 2007 OK, well i hope someone's bringing the lube.
Wils Posted 14 September 2007 Posted 14 September 2007 I hope the que isnt going to be big for getting behind Megson.

Get behind him and he'll do his best for the club. BLUE ARMY That "here to stay" part's a bold statement. And don't worry. On what he'll be on whether he gets sacked or not, I think he'll give his best even if we were to sit there in silence.
ASH17LCFC Posted 14 September 2007 Posted 14 September 2007 That "here to stay" part's a bold statement. And don't worry. On what he'll be on whether he gets sacked or not, I think he'll give his best even if we were to sit there in silence. Are you Bill Anderson by any chance ?
Daggers Posted 14 September 2007 Posted 14 September 2007 Are you Bill Anderson by any chance ? How does that make sense?

dandannieldanok Posted 14 September 2007 Posted 14 September 2007 I hope the 16 people (so far) who will be anti-megson have an accident on the way to the game, you can slag him off all you like on here but how is it going to help at the game.

Yes because 16 die hard leicester fans who care about the club having a accident would be smashing. End of the day doesn't mean they are going to booed him, more likely just to moan everytime we do something wrong and not cheer him. Just because you're against Megson doesn't make you any less of a fan.

Right because im a forest fan my views may be a little biased, but if i were you guys i would be outraged at the decision to appoint megson(even though i find it quite funny) but now hes in you may as well ive him your full support because its obvious MM doesnt care what you guys think so booing isnt going to get rid of megson so you might as well try and do some good by supporting him. I want Nigel Doubty to get rid of CC but i know he won't listen to the fans so im giving my support to CC.
Pete_foxes Posted 14 September 2007 Posted 14 September 2007 Basicly I think Megson is at a disadvantage with us already. He used to be Forest manager & he was not too clever there. I think if we lose tomorrow people will already be on Megsons back without a doubt. God forbid but if say we are 3-0 down at half time, the'l be a few "Megsons a w*nker" chants

What a pathetic thing to say particularly as 2 local 16 year old Leicester lads have been killed recently in a road accident,we are all Leicester fans and we all have freedom of speech..at least we did last time I checked, get a life moron!
He's not bald Posted 14 September 2007 Posted 14 September 2007 Erm..... why even QUESTION the fact we have to get behind him?Cause we fcuking HAVE TO get behind him...its out club after all. Raj is that photo the top of Megson's head?

Churchill Posted 14 September 2007 Posted 14 September 2007 I'm going t get behind him and support the team, instead of throwing abuse at him.
Raj Posted 14 September 2007 Posted 14 September 2007 Raj is that photo the top of Megson's head? Tis the moon my friend......the moon!!!!
