Thracian Posted 3 October 2007 Posted 3 October 2007 He was fu cking garbage against Charlton. Worst player on the pitch by an absolute country mile.No effort, no workrate, no defensive ability and not enough going forwards to warrant a place on the left attacking flank. Ship him off elsewhere, he's not good enough for us. Another pearl of constructive wisdom from a guy who is declaredly disillusioned with Leicester City and who hardly ever watches the subjects of his greatest vitriol anyway. If we'd applied the above logic, Fryatt would have gone by last October and Kaebi would have been out last week just for starters.
Webbo Posted 3 October 2007 Posted 3 October 2007 Sheehan is a creative player. In a 5 man midfield he would give us many more attacking options i.e shooting, free kicks and set pieces. My midfield would beMattock Sheehan Clemence Weso Stearman I must admit, I did wonder if it might be worth trying Sheehan more central.
Lord Nibblington Posted 3 October 2007 Posted 3 October 2007 I must admit, I did wonder if it might be worth trying Sheehan more central. Not sure sticking another full back into central midfield would be a great idea, to be honest.
Babylon Posted 3 October 2007 Posted 3 October 2007 Has any other insignificant player (whose starts you can count on one hand) ever had so many threads/posts about him? Now I remember why I don't bother posting anymore.
Webbo Posted 3 October 2007 Posted 3 October 2007 Not sure sticking another full back into central midfield would be a great idea, to be honest. Maybe, but he couldn't be much worse than Chambers (in midfield) and his dead ball kicks would add something to the team.
