People say that would ruin the Premiership - "The best league in the world" without a doubt it'd make it less skillful i'm sure but at the same time I think it'd open the league up and give some teams that are less likely to be that high in the league more of a chance. Mind you I suppose you'd just be having the big 3 buying all the decent players even if they didn't really want them, they'd just buy them to spite other team...al la Walcott.
