with all the stufff about rafa rotation i thought id put a thread up for none liverpool fans, So what do we think who is there best strike pairing for me it has to be

Babel & Torres: pace and power galore wiv dat pair and the Babel guy looked like one of da best young players around at the U21 championships

Keegan and Toshack.

Liverpool for me is a side that has always over-achieved with the players they have due to good organization, management and support along with leaning heavily on Steve Gerrard. They have spent money this summer but have now got too many central midfielders, are rubbish on the left-side of midfield and Babbel hasn't set the world alight yet on the right. They may have added Torres but for me they should have gone for Tevez to link up with him because neither Kuyt, Voronin, Crouch or others are good enough to complement him for a good partnership.

They still need to buy some players!

Torres and Kuyt at the moment. Kuyt does so much off the ball which really does help out Torres.

Although from what I've seen of Babel he does look very impressive, powerful, pace and a decent finish on him. This rotation policy will be the downfall of Rafa sooner or later.

Long story but funny-Matchsticks at the ready!

A few months ago, a mate of mine who lives down the bay was in the lift with a neighbour and commented on why no one in the block seems to work as he's the only one who drives in and out of the car park. The guy says well I work, and on enquiring what he does my mate is told "I'm a football coach". Oh yeh my mate says who do you coach-Wales he said-it was Toshack and he was well pissed off not to be recognised :D

Well I thought it was funny :|

lol mate. I know Toshack has had a decent managerial record in Spain but Ive never rated the dude. He has managed to help some senior Wales International players to retire and I must question whether or not they would have done had someone else of not been incharge. Maybe I will be proved wrong and him blooding all these youngsters will be beneficial to the countries long term success but you must wonder whats going on, especially when they lose to Cyprus and just look shambolic at times.
