Its an uncomfortable subject but the facts are physically and mentally, people differ from race to race. I'm not saying that what this guy is saying is accurate regarding Black people being intelligent or not as I am not knowledgeable enough of how he gets his hypothesis but he is meant to be a Nobel prize winning scientist who won the prize for his part in discovering the structure of DNA so at least deserves to be listened to regarding his theories?

One thing for sure is that whatever someone says that is detrimental to a select group of people is never welcomed and nor should it be! Its one of those statements which isn't helpful at all unless he expects employers not to hire black people on the basis of what his hypothesis?! One thing that he did say that I totally agree with is "that you should not discriminate on the basis of colour, because there are many people of colour who are very talented, but don’t promote them when they haven’t succeeded at the lower levelâ€

As a manager in a previous life of at times over 100 members of staff in retail, I have at times been told to get rid of some black people as there were too many in and at another smaller office based company I was advised that when hiring the next 3 temps to make sure they were from ethnic groups.

Lets judge every individual on their merits and not on preconceived notions.

Once again I am not saying that this dude is talking sense as I have no idea how he got to his statement but would white people or really non back people be offended if someone came out to say that black guys have naturally more athletic builds than the rest thus making them better equipped to be good in certain sports?! Go and watch the NBA or American footy and count how many non black dudes are participating! Would someone take offence if I said the pigment in the skin on black people keeps them looking younger than the rest?! As someone who has dated a few ladies of colour down the years I can say that I was amazed at how well some of the girls mums looked! They look as young as the girls I was dating at times!
