Sent a faulty one back. Got the return No. off them before sending it. Sent it. Waited......waited......waited. Phoned them and they had received it but had not sent the replacement which they did that day. So 5 /10 in my book

I was just wondering if anyone here has returned an "unwanted item" back to play. If you have, how long did it take to get a refund?

Hope you donated to FT when you bought that!

I rang them today, but wasn't sure which option to choose when teh automatic answer thing came up, any ideas? :unsure:

Go HERE and click on the I want to return an item option.

They state

Unwanted item

You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item

We will only refund postage if the return is a result of our error.

We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.

They state

Yeh I sent it back ages ago, they charged me for the delivery last monday when they recieved it, just not had a refund yet...
