hairy Posted 19 November 2007 Posted 19 November 2007 Sent a faulty one back. Got the return No. off them before sending it. Sent it. Waited......waited......waited. Phoned them and they had received it but had not sent the replacement which they did that day. So 5 /10 in my book

Go HERE and click on the I want to return an item option. They state Unwanted itemYou may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item We will only refund postage if the return is a result of our error. We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.
