STUHILL Posted 19 December 2007 Posted 19 December 2007 Fully behind Ollie, he has a massive job to do and although changing the squad and testing every player at 1st team level could cost us in the short-term, I think it is truely what is needed for him to sort out the players to keep for the long-term. We have had dead wood rotting away for far too long at this club. Everytime we had a new manager in, there was talk of re-building, but never happened. I too if manager would give everyone their last chance to play for our club, and if failed, that's it sunshine, pack your bags, you're gone at first opportunity! At least this way we cannot say that players when they get booted out weren't given a chance to impress in the first team! I just hope Ollie is ruthless in the clear-out!
