Scarby Posted 8 March 2005 Posted 8 March 2005 I personally am dissapointed in Heath such as Jordan as a few years ago they seemed to have so much potential and yet they havent seemed to progress as much as liked! With CL getting some defenders in and Heath being dropped do you think he is looking to sell the lad? or saving him for Blackburn?. I think he would be a great back up but i cant really see Matt agreeing. I think CL is going to do a MON and over the next year or so bring a total new team in!

City Fan Posted 8 March 2005 Posted 8 March 2005 I think he is quite a good player. He was great for us for the last two seasons, but has underperformed slightly this season. I think everyone seems to forget that he is still very young and is a great prospect for the future.
Anish Posted 8 March 2005 Posted 8 March 2005 In a word, yes (his days are numbered). Levein has shown that he wants to bring in defenders and I don't think LEvein rates Heath very highly. I'm not too bothered if Heath leaves anyway - he's alright in the air but has a lot of weaknesses in his game.
Sparky Posted 8 March 2005 Posted 8 March 2005 i dont rate heath at all sorry . he does not win enough in the air for his size and his passing is absymal , he gets turned very easily and i dont think he would get in any other championship team

Jonbluefox9 Posted 8 March 2005 Posted 8 March 2005 It'll be sad if Matty does go because he loves Leicester and he's one of very few players that talks to the fans as if he's known them for ages. I don't think he's as bad as people like to think at times. I think he could've done with going out on loan before last season but we needed him as back up for Matty Elliott and Taggs. One thing that's slowed his progress is that he's not played regular first team football for any great length of time and when he does get his foot in the door, he gets pushed out again. Hopefully he can prove people wrong.
